Lift the top off the base and fill the tank with cold water, between the MIN and MAX lines. Place your appliance in the water, fully covered.

What is the Ultrasonic Cleaner Flex?

The Ultrasonic Cleaner Flex is an at-home ultrasonic cleaner made for retainers, aligners, night guards, sports guards and dentures. It sweeps between 42,000 and 47,000 Hz to lift buildup from the grooves and undersides a brush misses, while four UV-C LEDs in the lid work through every cycle. It comes in Black, Blue, Pink and White.

What’s the difference between QuickClean and DeepClean?

Tap once for QuickClean, a 5-minute cycle (green light) made for everyday use. Tap twice for DeepClean, a 10-minute cycle (blue light) for heavier stains and buildup. The unit pulses on and off during DeepClean, which is normal. Both modes use UV-C light. To stop early or switch modes, hold the button for 3 seconds.

Do I need cleaning tablets, or just water?

Cold tap water works on its own. For the most complete clean, add one Remi Deep Clean + Freshening Tablet and let it dissolve for 2 minutes before you start. It helps lift odor, stains and plaque. Your Flex comes with 6 free tablets, so you can feel the difference a complete clean makes from day one. Never add alcohol, vinegar, solvents or other harsh cleaners.

Is there any difference between the colors?

Only the finish. Black, Blue, Pink and White all have the same ultrasonic cleaning, UV-C light, cleaning modes and 365-day guarantee.

What else can I clean with it?

Beyond dental appliances, the Flex cleans detached electric toothbrush heads and jewelry in solid gold, platinum and sterling silver. Do not use it for pearls, soft or semi-precious stones, emeralds, turquoise, coral or costume jewelry.
