The whole process from start to finish is easy. It took a little over a month from returning impressions to the arrival of the bite guards. Communication could be better on that up front to set expectations. The actual guard is much thinner than my dental night guard and doesn't go as high around my teeth but it is accomplishing the job and I am not waking up with any jaw pain. In the future I will mostly likely order the thickest available and that might make it feel more comfortable. But overall I would definitely recommend.

I love this Whitening Gel, but I wish the syringes came with a fine tip applicator, like my old gel. Without it, the gel comes out in a heavy glob. :(

I use the Foam when I put the guard on each evening. I have been using it for a few weeks. It tastes fine and I think my teeth are a little bit whiter. I think it's good to have it on the guard when putting it in to sanitize.... and if my teeth are whiter, that's great.

I’m glad I have this stuff and it def keeps the treys brighter (even brightened my old off brand ones very nicely). I *think* it’s making my teeth whiter but I can’t tell for sure. I’m going to keep using it tho. Tastes good. Don’t mind the extra step. This is after less than a month use.
The whitening gel makes my teeth sensitive so I use it overnight about twice a month. The whitening foam is mild enough I use it nightly but it is not quite as effective as the gel.
I noticed a visible difference after a few weeks of use. I was consistently using each night at the start, but have switched to every other night to maintain.
I’m ever so grateful for your products. They are so much better than what my dentist had made me and your customer service is the very best I have had in many years.
The taste is most comparable to, oddly, cut grass - except that there is a biting quality that makes my mouth water, causing it to then get washed out of the mouth guards, so it doesn’t really work for me.
Makes my teeth hurt even only using it every three days. Since I'm using it every three days I'm not seeing results yet. I'm feeling it, but not seeing it yet
It worked surprisingly well. And as a bonus, there was no increased sensitivity as I feared before trying. This gel is a winner, and now a regular part of my weekly regimen.
Besides the fact it took over 2 months from when I signed up until I received the actual product, I am not impressed with the product. It's very flimsy and pinches my gums in the back of my mouth. I will be canceling my account and all future orders!! I would rather pay my dentist for a professionally made product that order from Remi again!!!

It took a while to get but a I am very pleased with my new retainer. It’s much more comfortable than my old one, which was bought from my dentist and a lot more expensive.

It's easy to use, but it would have been nice to get instructions along with the gel. You included an abundance of information on my mouthguard process, but nothing about how often to use the gel. That was pretty disappointing as rummaging through the website is cumbersome.

Easy to squirt some into the guards before I put them in at night. It takes a bit to get used to the sensation but keeps moving the guard and my teeth clean.
