If you are dissatisfied with your night guard for any reason, please contact us within 30 days upon receipt, and we will be happy to make it right by either creating a new guard for you or refunding your order.
If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at email@example.com after you receive your order confirmation, and we will help with whatever you need.
We ship to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to U.S. Military APO addresses.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
If you have placed an order on our website, please allow an estimated 1-3 business days to process and ship.
Remi Club renewal orders begin to process within 48 hours from the time your renewal order generates. You will be notified via email 3 days beforehand and again once your order starts processing. At that time, you'll receive a tracking number. Processing for Remi Club renewal orders is 1-2 weeks. Please note that we may not be able to make any changes to your order once it begins processing.
If you do not receive an expected order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you'd like to make a return or exchange, just send us an e-mail, you must have all the original packaging (tags, boxes, etc) for the return. After 7 days, we cannot reship or refund an order that is shown as delivered.It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. Should the customer move, make address changes, or corrections, it is their responsibility to contact email@example.com in advance of shipments. If the customer provides an incorrect physical address, or if the physical address is changed without notice, the customer will be responsible for any resulting costs.
