45-Night Perfect Fit Guarantee (for Mouth Guards)

With Remi’s 45-Night Perfect Fit Guarantee, if you experience any fit issues, you can rest easy knowing that Remi team will work with you to get the fit just right. Simply contact us within 45 days of receiving your mouth guards with photo and a brief description and we will work hard to make the fit just right or send out a new impression kit as necessary.

60-Day Risk Free Guarantee (for Ultrasonic)

Remi is dedicated to offering items of the highest caliber, and for a period of sixty (60) days following the delivery of the Ultrasonic device, Remi will guarantee the device against manufacturing and material flaws. Simply contact us within 60 days of receiving your product with a photo and a brief description and we will provide replacement or a refund as necessary. This guarantee does not cover product damage caused by accident, tampering, misuse, or abuse. The guarantee will be void if the item is opened to reveal the electronics.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@shopremi.com after you receive your order confirmation, and we will help with whatever you need.

Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to U.S. Military APO addresses.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

If you have placed an order on our website, please allow an estimated 1-3 business days to process.

Renewal:

Remi Club renewal orders begin to process within 48 hours from the time your renewal order generates. You will be notified via email 3 days beforehand and again once your order starts processing. At that time, you'll receive a tracking number. Processing for Remi Club renewal orders is 1-2 weeks. Please note that we may not be able to make any changes to your order once it begins processing.

Lost Order:

If you do not receive an expected order, please contact us at support@shopremi.com. If you'd like to make a return or exchange, just send us an e-mail, you must have all the original packaging (tags, boxes, etc) for the return. After 7 days, we cannot reship or refund an order that is shown as delivered.It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. Should the customer move, make address changes, or corrections, it is their responsibility to contact support@shopremi.com in advance of shipments. If the customer provides an incorrect physical address, or if the physical address is changed without notice, the customer will be responsible for any resulting costs.

Cancellations:

We ship items soon after you order them, so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled before it's shipped. You're welcome to contact us at support@shopremi.com

Subscription Discontinuation:

To discontinue your subscription, you have the choice to either renew it once or settle any remaining balance. Should you choose to cancel before the second renewal, there will be a small adjustment fee to cover the initial discount offered to join the Remi Club.
