Retainers are intended to maintain tooth position. If your teeth have shifted or an appliance does not fit, consult your orthodontist before ordering. Follow your clinician's instructions for which arches to retain and how long to wear them.

One thing a Remi Retainer won’t do is move your teeth. A retainer holds your teeth in place, so it isn’t a substitute for active orthodontic treatment like braces or aligners.
