It took several attempts and one video call to get the impressions right, but even then the top couldn’t be used for some reason. But the bottoms fit great and are SO much better than the huge, “chewy” OTC guard I had been using. Barely know I’m wearing it’ Thanks Remi!
The bottom trays no longer fit. Is there a way to adjust them myself?

Fits really well and snug but not too tight
The whole process from start to finish is easy. It took a little over a month from returning impressions to the arrival of the bite guards. Communication could be better on that up front to set expectations. The actual guard is much thinner than my dental night guard and doesn't go as high around my teeth but it is accomplishing the job and I am not waking up with any jaw pain. In the future I will mostly likely order the thickest available and that might make it feel more comfortable. But overall I would definitely recommend.
You used to be an amazing company great customer service now subscription habe issues. I get very slow response to customer support issues or questions.
The night guards are always a bit tight at first but then conform to my teeth. Using these to blunt the effect of my teeth grinding at night.
Love these retainers they help out so much at night with my grinding and they have held up well unlike the one I got from my dental insurance that cost $600 and u only get one. Thank you remi for making life easier and a whole lot cheaper

Have been ordering Remi nightguards for a few years now and usually they are a good fit but this time one of the guards came in warped. It feels like it is pushing my teeth in. It is painful and got stuck the first time I tried it on.
I was using a dental night guard from my dentist for $500 after insurance. It was thick and bulky. Because I clench, my top front teeth were beginning to push out after wearing it at night for a year. My dentist recommended retainers instead and quoted them at $600. I ordered these retainers from Remi for $149 and they are a perfect fit! They help with my clenching at night without shifting my teeth. Love them!
I’ve had trouble with the fit. Months ago we took replacement molds to ensure the fit would be correct and that replacement mold worked out fine. When I placed my order for the subscription I asked Remi customer service to ensure that they use the correct mold they did not it has been three weeks and I am still waiting for a response and a replacement mold of my top teeth. I am very frustrated and very disappointed.
I requested a 2 mm top retainer as the previous 1 mm one I ordered , last year, broke after a year and the other one , broke within 2 weeks of use. It took 3 weeks to receive the items but it fit well. Only thing is unlike retainers, this one is shorter, like a mouth guard. But it’s ok, as long as it keeps my teeth in place.

Guards do not cover my teeth completely. They used to be cut around the gum line, now the cut is midway through. I will be switching to another company if this is the new way they are made.

This is my second pair of REMI night guards. I use both upper and lower while sleeping. They fit well. They are comfortable and durable. I clean my REMI retainers regularly using denture cleaner tablets or in an ultrasonic water bath. So much more economical than those famous, name brand retainers which I used before discovering REMI. REMI retainers are well made and will last long if you take care not to abrade them while cleaning regularly.
I have told my brother and daughter about using your product. Fits well and cost effective.

I'm glad I used Remi. Impressions were easy they were quick to get back with you when sending Impression picture for approval. I was surprised how quickly I received my night guards and they fit perfectly. I wore them about 15 minutes the day I got them, then wore them to bed that night. I had absolutely no issues. Would and will use Remi if needed in the future.

I really like the Remi mouthguard. It fits perfect and the fact that I can just have them shipped without having to go to a dentist and have them created for a lot more money. I also like the UV Toothbrush sanitizer.
I had a great fit with my mouth piece right away! There were no adjustments that needed to be made. It is way more comfortable than an over the counter mouth piece.

Easy to set up and love that I get replacements every 6 months as my grinding is pretty bad and I wear through them by then.

Great Price, Great Product The mold process is a bit frustrating, so it's best if you follow their videos to get the best impression. The actual mouthguards are well made and cost me less than half what I paid my dentist for my initial set (destroyed by my dog when I turned my back!). I signed up for the subscription, so my replacements arrive on a timely basis.

Comfortable night guard. I like that this mouthguard is thin and fits well. It doesn't make you gag when you put it on, unlike other mouthguards on Amazon, for example. But it still takes some getting used to. I have two mouthguards for my upper and lower teeth. Sometimes I alternate wearing the upper one one night and the lower one the next. It's just that when I put them both on, I feel pressure on my teeth. Overall, I like the mouthguard, it's comfortable and thin.

Fantastic Service I was mailed a new kit to re-do my upper impressions. I had to use 60/40 portions for the upper/lower impressions. With a full tray of moulding (60%) to capture around those upper molars. I never realized how comfortable a lower retainer would be. I forget I am wearing it.
Affordable and sturdy Remi saved me several hundred dollars here. My dentist wanted a little over $700. The impression kit was easy to use, sending pictures back of my molds, and then told to do one a little better bc I didn’t do it right. That’s awesome, talk about checks and balances! They could have easily just made my mouth guards based on the bad mold that I made, but they didn’t. They did the right thing and had me redo my mold so that the guards would fit correctly. Way to go remi!
