What's the difference between ProClean and QuickClean Modes?

The Ultrasonic Cleaner Pro comes with two modes so you can match the cleaning level to what you need. ProClean Mode (10 minutes) uses dynamic 45,000 Hz ultrasonic technology for a deeper, more intensive clean. Use it when you have a heavier buildup or want a thorough weekly clean. QuickClean Mode (5 minutes) is built for daily maintenance, a fast refresh between uses without the full cycle. Both modes use UV-C light alongside the ultrasonic waves.

Do I need to use cleaning solution, or just water?

Using just water is sufficient. The Ultrasonic Cleaner Pro is designed to work with clean tap water. For a deeper clean, use Remi Cleaning Tablets. Avoid alcohol, vinegar, or harsh cleaning solutions as substitutes, as these can damage the device and the items inside.

How often should I clean my night guard?

We recommend daily cleaning using QuickClean Mode to keep bacteria and buildup from forming, plus a deeper clean once a week using ProClean Mode. With the Ultrasonic Cleaner Pro, daily cleaning takes 5 minutes and requires zero scrubbing.
