I’ve been a member since 2021 and sometimes the retainer's don’t come to me fitting right, I’m a serious grinder, but customer support is amazing and they ALWAYS fix the issue. I will continue to be a member because the quality overall is exemplary. The retainers are way more cost efficient than a regular dentist and the ones from the dentist have to be replaced regularly as well only they cost hundreds of dollars. Thanks Remi😃
