You only need to wear either a top or bottom Night Guard - not both at once. We want you to find the one that you prefer to sleep with, which is why every customer gets a top and bottom teeth grinding Night Guard by default. However, if you already have a preference, we’ll be happy to provide you with two of the same kind.

I have been grinding my teeth for years now! Dentist have recommended for me to get night guards. The store bought ones hurt my jaw and made it tired. Almost made my teeth feel sore.
