The UV Toothbrush Sanitizer uses two technologies that work together. UV-C light kills 99.9% of bacteria on your toothbrush head, and a built-in fan dries your toothbrush completely so bacteria can't grow back on a damp brush. UV-C is the same wavelength used in hospitals and water treatment to disinfect surfaces. It works by disrupting bacterial DNA so they can't multiply.
