  • AGREEMENT TO TERMS

    These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Package Protection, a branded service provided by GrindGuard Inc("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Package Protection website, the Remi platform, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). We are registered in Nevada, United States, and have our registered office at 3950 S Eastern Ave, Suite 140, Las Vegas, NV 89119-5174. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions, including the Services Agreement separately agreed, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

  • ABOUT PACKAGE PROTECTION

    Package Protection is a GrindGuard Inc-branded service that provides customers with protection against package loss, theft, and damage for eligible orders placed through GrindGuard Inc’s platform. While Package Protection operates under GrindGuard Inc, it is managed as a distinct service with separate customer support and claims processing to ensure efficiency.

    Package Protection is not a licensed insurance provider. It functions as a package protection service that offers a streamlined process for handling claims related to lost or damaged products. Customers who opt into the service during checkout agree to these terms and acknowledge that claims are processed under the guidelines established by Package Protection.

  • HOW IT WORKS

    Customers purchasing eligible products from GrindGuard Inc may select Package Protection at checkout for an additional fee. In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged order, customers can file a claim through Package Protection’s claims portal. Claims must be submitted within the designated time frame as specified in the coverage terms.

    Once a claim is submitted, it will be reviewed based on the eligibility criteria outlined by Package Protection. Approved claims will be processed through a replacement or reimbursement model, depending on stock availability and the nature of the claim. Package Protection reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet eligibility requirements.

  • RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PACKAGE PROTECTION AND GRINDGUARD INC

    While Package Protection is fully managed by GrindGuard Inc,, it is positioned as a separate service for the benefit of customers who wish to secure their orders. To maintain clarity in customer interactions, all Package Protection-related inquiries, claims, and support requests will be handled exclusively through Package Protection’s designated customer service channels.

    Support inquiries can be directed to packageprotection@shopremi.com, ensuring that all claims and package protection matters are processed efficiently without interference from GrindGuard Inc’s general support operations.

  • ELIGIBILITY AND COVERAGE TERMS
    • Package Protection coverage applies only to orders placed through GrindGuard Inc where the package protection service was selected and paid for at checkout.
    • Claims must be filed within 30 days of the order delivery date for consideration.
    • Coverage includes instances of package loss, theft, and damage but excludes cases where fraudulent activity is suspected.
    • Customers may be required to provide supporting documentation such as proof of non-delivery or photographs of damaged goods.
    • Reimbursement or replacement decisions are at Package Protection’s discretion, based on claim review and inventory availability.
  • USER REPRESENTATIONS

    By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

    • All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
    • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update as necessary.
    • You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
    • You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means (e.g., bot, script, or otherwise).
    • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

    If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site.

  • GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, applicable to agreements made and performed entirely within the state, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of Package Protection shall be settled through binding arbitration conducted in Las Vegas, Nevada. By using this service, you agree to waive your right to file lawsuits in public court regarding disputes related to Package Protection services.

  • USER DATA

    We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site for the purpose of managing the performance of the Site, as well as data relating to your use of the Site. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Site. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of data.

  • DISCLAIMER

    THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and continued use of Package Protection constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
