I was a little nervous about using this at night - wasn't sure how much it might seep out of the guard. I tried it one afternoon first and I was pleasantly surprised at how you can spit out any excess immediately - and that's the end of it. I've used it since at night and it's been totally fine. I haven't used it long enough to notice a clear difference in the color of my teeth, but I love that I can clean the guard this way too. That was the main reason for my purchase - and it definitely does that well.

These custom mouth guards are better than what my dentist offers. These cover your teeth completely and can be molded in three different thicknesses. I’ve tried the thickest and used an upper, but now I’m trying the thinnest and going for uppers and lowers.

I have been using the cleaning foam to clean my night guard since I got it, and it keeps it in great shape. I use it every night and its a few years old now. I use just one or two pumps, and brush it all over, both before I put it in and in the morning when I remove it. I don't use it for whitening, so I can't really report on that. But it's the way to keep your night guard in really good shape. I wait till Remi runs a special and then stock up.
