I’ve had my night guards for 3 months now and wear them nightly. They are super comfortable, have adequate protection for grinding and I can sleep in them. I found that the ones I got from the dentist were 5 times more expensive and too thick to sleep in. If you grind, I would recommend the 3mm thickness. The 1.3mm was the thickness of an average whitening tray I would say, but I have friends who don’t grind as much who really like the thickness .

This was my first time ordering with Remi. Initially, I had a hard time doing my own impressions, and I realize how important they are! Without good impressions, you can't have good guards. So, they had to send me a 2nd chance kit to try again. I really appreciate the one on one help I had through the Zoom call. I feel bad that I had to take the time of the dentist/tech (I'm not actually sure) who walked me through it but after that I was able to get my guards sent to me. I LOVE them. I only got tops as I am still wearing the ($400+ bottom guard I had custom made but as soon as that goes I'm going to get bottoms from Remi, too. My tops fit perfectly and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs them.
