Before you book

Only schedule your appointment once you have received your shipping confirmation and can see a delivery date in the tracking. Booking before then usually means rescheduling later.


• Book for a day after your estimated delivery date.
We recommend giving yourself a buffer of a day or two in case the carrier runs behind.


• Kit not here yet?
No problem. Reschedule anytime through the link in your confirmation email. It only takes a minute.

• Have your kit ready.
Unbox everything ahead of time and keep it within reach so we can start right away.


• Set up in good lighting.
A bright space helps us see your teeth clearly. Facing a window or a lamp works best.


• Join from a device with a good camera.
A phone or laptop with a clear front facing camera lets us guide you accurately through every step.


• Prop your device up.
You will need both hands free, so a stand, a stack of books, or a phone holder makes a big difference.


• Check your connection.
A stable internet signal keeps the session smooth. Wifi is usually better than cellular data.


• Give yourself about 30 minutes.
Find a quiet spot where you will not be interrupted.


• Brush and rinse beforehand.
Clean teeth give us the most accurate impressions.
