How many night guard replacements do I get each year?
You’re eligible for up to 4 individual night guards per year (equivalent to 2 full sets) with your active RemiCare subscription.
How do I request new guards?
You can fill out this RemiCare form or email us at support@shopremi.com. Be sure to include your full name and order number so we can process your request quickly.
When does my yearly limit reset?
Your annual allowance of 4 guards resets 12 months from the date your RemiCare subscription started—not based on the calendar year.
What if my dental anatomy has changed?
If your teeth have shifted due to dental work or other changes, you’ll need to submit new impressions. We offer an at-home impression kit for $20. Just email us, and we’ll send you an invoice. Once we receive your new impressions, we’ll use them to create your updated night guards.
Can I share my RemiCare plan with someone else?
RemiCare is personalized and non-transferable. Each plan covers one individual only.
Can I cancel my RemiCare subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime.
If you cancel before your 6th monthly payment, a cancellation fee will apply to cover the remainder of your initial 6-month commitment.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Within 30 days: You’ll receive a full refund, as long as no replacement guards were sent.
After 30 days: Refunds are prorated based on usage and time remaining on your plan.

At first the guard was too tight but after a few soaks in hot water it loosened up enough to be comfortable. The guard has done a good job protecting my teeth and jaw from nighttime clenching. Definitely better than the over-the-counter mouth guards. I would recommend these guards to anyone who needs to wear one.

I am pleasantly surprised by how comfortable these night guards are! I'm been getting them from the dentist for 10 years and whenever I get a new pair I have to go through (what I thought was) the inevitable adjustment period of them being tight and/or mildly uncomfortable in some areas. These are so incredibly comfortable from the first wear! I wish I'd known sooner that I could get a better product and more pleasant user experience for a fraction of the cost of what I was getting from the dentist.

It was cumbersome creating the molds, I ended up leaning over my bathroom sink for the period of time it took for the solution to set. Then there was a slight miscommunication with the second step of confirming my photos with a Remi tech. But I received my guards promptly (two uppers) and they fit great! I really feel the difference the next morning if I forget to wear it, my jaws are sore and I feel like I slept less soundly.
I’m definitely a fan of Remi for customized night guards, inexpensive and a high quality product.
