How many night guard replacements do I get each year?
You’re eligible for up to 4 individual night guards per year (equivalent to 2 full sets) with your active RemiCare subscription.
How do I request new guards?
You can fill out this RemiCare form or email us at support@shopremi.com. Be sure to include your full name and order number so we can process your request quickly.
When does my yearly limit reset?
Your annual allowance of 4 guards resets 12 months from the date your RemiCare subscription started—not based on the calendar year.
What if my dental anatomy has changed?
If your teeth have shifted due to dental work or other changes, you’ll need to submit new impressions. We offer an at-home impression kit for $20. Just email us, and we’ll send you an invoice. Once we receive your new impressions, we’ll use them to create your updated night guards.
Can I share my RemiCare plan with someone else?
RemiCare is personalized and non-transferable. Each plan covers one individual only.
Can I cancel my RemiCare subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime.
If you cancel before your 6th monthly payment, a cancellation fee will apply to cover the remainder of your initial 6-month commitment.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Within 30 days: You’ll receive a full refund, as long as no replacement guards were sent.
After 30 days: Refunds are prorated based on usage and time remaining on your plan.

I love my Remi nightguards (and ultrasonic cleaner). I decided to try out these nightguards after paying over $700 for a mouth guard that went bad in less than a year (despite the verbal promise that it would last five years). Combined with my foam cleaner and the ultrasonic cleaner, they are hygienic. I have a clenching problem when I sleep, so the next pair of nightguards come just in time when I start wearing through each one. Been with them for a couple years now, and I always recommend them when friends are talking about their own clenching or grinding issues.
