Recommended Procedure:

1. Choose a large or small tray. You will use one tray to capture both of your top and bottom teeth at the same time.

2. Practice biting down naturally. All of your teeth should fit on the tray.

3. Use one white putty and one blue putty.

4. Mix putty together until it is completely blue without spots. Roll the putty into a log shape and divide it into two pieces.

5. Place one piece of the putty in the top side of the tray. Then, place the other piece of the putty in the bottom side of the tray.

6. Place the putty as evenly as possible throughout the tray.

7. Place the tray in your mouth so all of your teeth fit and bite down fully.

8. Place one natural bite down the center of the tray.

9. Keep your bite closed and remain still. Relax your lips and breathe through your nose.

10. Once the tray is in your mouth, set a 5-minute timer.

11. After 5 minutes, remove the tray from your mouth. Do not remove the putty from the tray.

12. Wait 5 minutes
