You only need to wear one – either a top or a bottom. Not both. We believe the best way to know your preference on top vs bottom guards is to try them both, which is why every customer gets a top and bottom guard by default. If you already know your preference, just let us know and we are happy to make you two of the same kind!
Your at-home Remi kit will include step-by-step instructions to make the process simple. In short, we send you impression trays and putty, you spread the putty in a tray, bite down for 4-5 minutes, and then send the impressions back to us in our pre-paid box. That’s it! Here is a video!
