Your Remi At-Home Impression Kit comes with two sets of everything you'll need, so you do not need to worry about messing up and then having to wait for more materials to arrive. The kit includes step-by-step written instructions as well as a link to video instructions. In short, you'll spread putty into an impression tray, bite down like you're eating a sandwich for about 5 minutes, and then use the included prepaid envelope to return the impressions to Remi. Mistakes happen, and we've planned for it. Every Remi At-Home Impression Kit includes two sets of everything, so you have a second try built-in. Per the instructions inside your kit, after taking your first impression, you will submit a photo for our Impressions Specialists to review and approve. If the Impression Specialist recommends taking a second impression, you will have all of the materials needed to do so. If you need additional materials beyond that, the Impression Specialist will assist in sending you more materials for free, and can arrange a complimentary one-on-one Zoom session with a dental professional on our team.
