I've used the Remy custom lifeguards in the past and thought they would be uncomfortable so I ordered the thinnest guards available. They worked well for a long time but when it was time to reorder, I ordered the thickest plastic. I have a small mouth and tori and even the thickest guards are super comfortable for me. If I forget to put them in before bed, I recognize it almost immediately because it's more comfortable to wear them when I'm resting to stop me from grinding my teeth than it is to fall asleep without them.

I love the product and it was super easy to do the impressions. My only issue (and the reason they lost a star) is because the top impressions hurts when I put in on due to not fitting correctly, but the bottom fits pretty well, so I just use the bottom one and it works out just fine
