I’ve had the dentist office expensive guard before (dog chewed it) and these work as well for me. They also serve as whitening trays- bonus! I first have to say that Remi’s customer support is amazing. They respond super quickly, are very pleasant to speak to, and are very helpful. I did the impressions walkthrough via Zoom with an impressions specialist and it was very smooth and the specialist was very thorough and insightful. I usually take off all of the fit yourself mouth guards out in the middle of the night or wake up with my teeth hurting from them. Not these, these fit so well and don’t feel like the big, bulky mouth guards from the store. These feel really nice and they also act as a retainer which is a great feature! I would highly recommend trying out Remi, the price is especially nice when compared to the price of custom molded mouthguards from the dentist that can be upwards of $700!

I’ve had my night guards for 3 months now and wear them nightly. They are super comfortable, have adequate protection for grinding and I can sleep in them. I found that the ones I got from the dentist were 5 times more expensive and too thick to sleep in. If you grind, I would recommend the 3mm thickness. The 1.3mm was the thickness of an average whitening tray I would say, but I have friends who don’t grind as much who really like the thickness .
