Our Night Guards are made of BPA-free, dental-grade, hard-soft 1mm plastic that is specially designed to be protective on the outside and comfortable to wear on the inside. Since Remi Club members get a new night guard every 6 months, we can create the thinnest and most comfortable custom night guards.

Yes, you can choose between 1mm, 1.3mm or 2mm thickness on the customer info card included in your impression kit.

Yes, any time.  We understand things change. If you'd like to cancel your Remi Club subscription, just contact our team and we'll take care of you.

Your at-home Remi kit will include step-by-step instructions to make the process simple. In short, we send you impression trays and putty, you spread the putty in a tray, bite down for 4-5 minutes, and then send the impressions back to us in our pre-paid box. That’s it! Here is a video!

Mistakes happen. Not to worry! We include two sets of everything just in case you need a second try. If you’re unsure, just email a photo to support@shopremi.com and our team will respond within 24-48 hours. If you need more supplies, just let us know.

Due to the custom nature of our product, your Custom Night Guards will arrive approximately two weeks after we receive your impression kit back at Remi HQ.
