Due to the custom nature of our product, your mouth guards will arrive approximately two weeks after we receive your impression kit back at Remi HQ.

Yes, you can choose between 1mm, 1.3mm or 2mm thickness on the customer info card included in your impression kit.

You only need to wear one – either a top or a bottom. Not both. We believe the best way to know your preference on top vs bottom guards is to try them both, which is why every customer gets a top and bottom guard by default. If you already know your preference, just let us know and we are happy to make you two of the same kind!
