I've purchased night guards from the dentist in the past and these are just as well made and maybe better at a fraction of the price. After the one from the dentist (top guard only) broke over time I didn't really want to spend the money ($300-$400) for another one so, I've spent a lot of time and money experimenting with guards from the drug store. They were too bulky, and chewing on a piece of rubber all night was just way too unnatural and at times made my jaw hurt. Your guards fit perfect and are comfortable.
