You only need to wear either a top or bottom night guard - not both at once. We want you to find the one that you prefer to sleep with, which is why every customer gets a top and bottom teeth grinding mouth guard by default. However, if you already have a preference, we’ll be happy to provide you with two of the same kind.

I'm a retired dentist who still grinds her teeth ... I've worn just about every type of guard throughout the last 30 years. I needed a new one recently due to having had new dental work done. Decided to give REMI a try. I didn't tell them that I was a dentist, I wanted to see what they would look like without them having that knowledge. I had an upper and a lower guard made.

These are THE BEST FITTING NIGHTGUARDS I've ever had made. The materials that you use to take your impressions is exactly what we used in private practice. Getting a good impression is the key to this. I did like how they wanted to review your impression before they were ready to make the appliance. I also ordered a kit of the bleaching gel to use in the guard. They make perfect "bleach trays".

I heard about Remi on some other website. I checked it out and decided to try it because I had just gotten a resin treatment at my dentist because of my teeth grinding. They would have charged me almost $800 for a custom night guard! I tried several over the counter ones and none of them were good at all. Remi impressed me with their communication during the impression part. I elected to get 2 upper guards and received them pretty quickly. 1 was perfect but the other was uncomfortable. I just emailed Remi and they made 2 more and sent them to me--no charge! They were dedicated to making sure I was pleased with their product and I really am. It took a couple of weeks to get used to using the guard all night but now I wear it all night, every night.
